. . . for the Blessings of Medicine

I was sick a little while ago, and thought it was just a cold.  But I didn't seem to be getting better after a week, so I went to the doctor.  I came home with this:

I took the Amoxicillin for 10 days.  By the end of the 3rd day I felt wonderful.  Medicine is definitely a blessing from the Lord that I am hugely grateful for (also insurance that covered the cost of the medicine 100%).  Brigham Young once said something to the effect that if we prayed for the blessing of health and then didn't take the medicine available our prayers were in vain.  God has blessed us with medicine to help in supplying health. He uses many ways to answer prayers, and if we reject the answer then we reject God's answer to our prayer.
